Pull & Push

Today, go thru F5, studying LCC & Target Costing, Suddenly appear this two words "Push" and "Pull" in my lecturer notes!

At first, i confuse, how to differentiate the meaning of this two words?

Lolz.. this remind me that, when, everything i walk in a shop (eg.7-eleven), even though the card hanging "Push", but still, i tried to "Pull", Hahaz,..and this act embarrassed me..

Previously, to get a pass, i push myself a lot esp when exam date nearer, to pull back some confident and i pressure a lot..

Now, i afraid, cause i relax a lot, and i lost a lots of confident..

Exam....Ish.....!
